Weighing about 3500lbs and 21.5 feet long (including hitch), this large but lightweight trailer can be pulled by SUV's and trucks, refer to your vehicles towing capacity. As seen in the photos, the trailer is in great condition. It is kept very clean. The trailer has capacity to sleep 5, including a queen bed, two single bunk beds, and a dinette table that will convert into a bed if needed (this would be more suitable for a shorter person or a child because it is not very large. The trailer includes a fully stocked kitchen, toaster, coffee maker,cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, and 2 tanks of propane (additional cost to fill). The trailer has a great air conditioner unit and a fan setting on it. The RV has a newly installed TV by the dinette area. It also has a good radio (with auxiliary) connected to speakers indoor and outdoors. The trailer does have a large power-controlled awning attached. The RV also has a 2 inch receiver on the rear of it that you can attach a bicycle rack to. You will need to provide your own bbq (if desired), bedding (pillow, linens), lawn chairs, generator (if desired, not needed at a site with hydro), and towels. You will need a towing hitch on your vehicle and a 2" ball, or you can choose the 'add on' for $5 per trip in which I will provide one. A brake controller is a good idea but not required. The RV is required to be returned with full propane tanks and the septic emptied, otherwise you must choose the prepayment options for these. The RV is also required to be returned in the same clean state that it was rented out in, otherwise an increased cleaning fee may be charged. No smoking near the trailer and no pets please. Pi
